1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please email us at support@thenebulacrafts.com with your order number.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • In case of a successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.


2. Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept return/refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide a mandatory unboxing video from the start (without cuts or edits) as proof.

Returns or refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.

  • Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability.

  • Customized or personalized products unless damaged during transit.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through the original method of payment.

  • In some cases, store credit may be issued as per mutual agreement.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only provided if the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to availability.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

You can exchange an item only if:

  2. . You have made a proper unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts or edits.


STEPS TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

1. Inspect the Item Upon Delivery

* Carefully check the item for any damages immediately upon receiving it.

2. Make an Unboxing Video

* Record a video of the entire unboxing process, starting from the moment you begin to open the package until the item is fully revealed.
* Ensure that the video is continuous and unedited. Any cuts or edits will invalidate your exchange request.

3. Submit an Exchange Request

* Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
* Provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.
* Attach the unboxing video as evidence.

4. Await Confirmation

* Our team will review your request and the video evidence.
* If the damage is verified and the video meets our criteria, we will approve your exchange request.

5. Exchange Process

* Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the damaged item.
* Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out the replacement item to you.
